They wgere called "dive motivator" shorts.
Because if you are enlisted to try out from some special forces program they have somthing called dive motivator course you went to every day where they would work you out and make you swim so when you got done with boot camp and got shipped of to the realy special forces training you wouldn't be completely out of shape

Why not?  I don`t see anything wrong with them myself and would not hesitate to wear a pair.  Serious.  I like tight shorts because I have a big penis.  I wear speedos at the pool all the time and get compliments and stares.  Its mildly amusing.
