"Det. Sgt. Tony Cestodio of the Westport police is conducting an inquiry into whether any potential crimes were committed by the employees at F&R Auto, beginning with whether the video is legitimate and took place in Westport.
Cestodio said he is looking into the possiblility of crimes, including assault and threatening. He also said he's waiting for clarification from the District Attorney's office on whether audio can be recorded in a public place.
"Everything's on the table, let's put it that way," Cestodio said."

"The fact that Gary Batista is lying in the "apology" makes this worthless. Review the FACTS.. The OWNER posted the original video to youtube on his works account. Though he wasn't present in the room.. he is as guilty for posting this.
Second.. The alleged man that they claim posted this, whom "doesn't work there", was IN FACT listed on the company original website (that they pulled) as being employed there from 2008 to present day.
Third.. the tough guy calling for his job should also be fired, he is after all the sales manager (according to the site they pulled down). So all this happened in front of your management, who said nothing, stopped nothing and clearly was in on it from hearing his remarks after Jared left.
This entire happening is YOUR OWN FAULT F & R... and this sorry excuse for an apology is not going to be accepted by most. Unlike your employees there.. we have have a brain and can see for ourselves (thanks to your own video), the truth in all this. Try again.. all those employees are at fault, not just the "foot in ass' lady."

If you want to be able to cash your paycheck and not have to deal with employment and all other sorts of drama, then you DO NOT want to apply for the "Office Assistant, craigslist posting, general filing, etc." ad that was posted on 12/2. Frank, the owner, is a bipolar asshole who is nearing 50 but likes to surround himself with young 20-somethings to hang out with. He seems to have a habit of hiring people who will need him as a favor (usually buy a shitty car from him and work there to pay it off - which BEWARE that the mechanic cuts off the metal from the catalytic converters off most cars and sells it-which Frank knows about of course) or he will be having a bad day and decide to either fire you or put a stop payment on your check if you decide that this isn't the place for you. Everybody signs checks at this place, leaving everyone open to be yelled at by bipolar Frank. Most people who work for him (about 10) are in his pack of sleeze. I mean, the dude has a gold tooth.
