This kid is classic example of shitty work ethic when it comes down to bodybuilding. got the..only drugs=bodybuilding approach. That pic on page six of this thread shows a classic hernia surgery done badly... plays with fake hgh, underdosed gear.....too much dnp combined with bad timing. He should be hitting the gym for about 3-4 hrs a day..probably follows the fad 45 min a day workout..lol doesnt train hammies weak lower back
torso of a 16 year old....needs about 15lbs of stage weight to fill out that long torso and big joints.

Guy can be a pro in a year if lets go of ego and follows someones advice

Never used it but it's extremely effective and fairly safe if used with caution.
More should use it, especially those who can't get in proper shape. I believe it's best used early in prep. It will put you several weeks ahead of schedule if done right.

I swear Van, when it comes to advance bodybuilding you're the smartest guy here. Nobody would say what you just said right now openly but you're right. DNP is by far the most effective fat burner but you really, really need to know what you are doing or know someone who does. And the mistake people make is using it as they dial in the day of the show. DNP is not, and should not be treated, as the rest of the "fat burners". Using it early in your prep is one of the "secrets"you'll never hear publicly.

 Are you a pro/part time(?) "guru"? Maybe you have spoken about it before but I was under the impression that you were just someone who just researches all this minutiae as sort of a hobby.

Alright LOL.... been away from my phone the whole day n loaded with text, emails, n notifications n i promise ill get back to everyone....im very real with myself n other people... today i brought my best package to date... however i did not win the Overall n got beat by a way better bodybuilder... a guy who woulda smoked all the Heavies at this years Nationals... it was his first show to.... he didn't only beat me he made me look silly... i was the only Superheavy so i won my class by default HAHA so thats not saying much... i enjoyed the process but i do regret ALOT of things... remember no matter how good you are their is always someone better.... just wanted to touch base with everyone... am i mad? Not at all... ive just realized alot(non drug related)
