Ahhh, I see your reasoning. So being fat automatically means she already had health problem? So instead of going to a doctor or realizing herself she needs to lose BEFORE she develops health problems, she goes on a game show with a bunch of fake "trainers" that drive her into the ground (and her not realizing that this was going to happen) and almost immediately start developing health problems and injuries. Haha haha riveting television. I say combine shows like Biggest Loser and Survivor. Biggest Survivor. Imagine the culture shock the fatties experience on a deserted island, the social interaction as they build shelter and hunt for food on a limited calorie diet. I'd imagine at some point they attempt to eat the weakest participant.
