Laughed into my fist?  No.  Have never had a reason to laugh into my fist.  I take that back, I have covered my mouth while laughing because I had food in it at that moment.

I've seen black kids walk about the length of a football field holding their crotches the majority of the walk removing their hands from their crotches to either answer a phone or laugh into their fists.

Also, if black kids are expressing excitement over something and they make a noise they do it into their fists.

The thing is, we don't know what is said in the trenches.  I remember reading about what used to be said to Curtis Martin to try to rattle him (didn't work).  Vile stuff.

When these guys are amped up and shit's being thrown each way, I'm not surprised we don't see more of this.

The dual personalities lynch represents is interesting.  Apparently he does a lot of work with kids in Oakland and Seattle, I've read giving back to kids is his greatest passion,   but is extremely private about it.

The crotch grabbing and his treatment of media members is unprofessional and classless,  to say the least. It's confusing how his private priorities clash with his public actions. He's the complete opposite of most athletes (say Adrian Peterson(or even regular people for that matter)) who say/do all the right things in public but keep their trashy behavior hidden.

I get the guy feels he's been railroaded by the media because of his time in Buffalo but some of his actions warranted it, his hit and run with the pedestrian.  I respect that he hates the leagues "oppressive rules", and that he's upset his team won't resign him (and I understand why after the Shaun Alexander collapse) but I don't get why these guys don't realize their public actions end up being their own worst enemy.

He could keep going on with his current behavior,  and if he was just a "nice" guy to the media they'd defend him, being nice goes along way.

Or like Twishbone said he's doing great with a 77 IQ and we're holding him to high a standard.

It doesn't matter because unless he's on a winner next year, and the Raiders won't be, no one will care anymore.

You must be new to sports.  They are forced to do charitable things and spend time with kids to promote a healthy image for the nfl. Its contractual! So theres no contradictory behavior at all. They are also forced to give post game media interviews to promote the league as well. He chose not tot do so, and broke his contract. Thats all NFL players have, and he got fined 100k. The things they do off the field have nothing to do with them wanting to give back -- its contractual. He is a good player, and this is about sports, not politics.
