I saw it.  It is a very good movie.  Steve Carell is amazing in his appearance and acting.  Although there is nothing explicit in it, the movie in my mind, sends off a huge schmoe message.

The name of the movie sounds Schmoeish as well.

As in Steven Carrell (older dude with money) trying to catch a fox (younger athlete with muscle).

Nice observation, but not exact.  Foxcatcher was the name of du Pont's estate and the name he gave his wrestling club.
