meh, still could not fill out a medium shirt, lol! totally insignificant...

LOL! well, as i said... That person is trained to do just that. So to not be able to pull it off would be a fail. I would put my $$$ on the wrestler especially do to the fact most bb'ers would be winded out after 45 seconds.

Ruhl should cross over into fitness. He could maybe lure a lot of older guys into slimming, down, muscling up and keeping it healthy. People like him.
