Thx.  I think I'm like 6-7 % now.  Around 220.

Been killing it.  But not at the gym...been biking hard, and took up fkng rock climbing. I know, ha ha.   It crushes your soul. Gym 3 full body workouts a week.  

Thats why my fingernails are nasty....fuck you DaVinci...LOL

What is your point, honestly?

He looks 1 out of 1000 for his age, that's good enough. You could post pics of people who are young, but on an old body. It just doesn't make sense. This is not even a Kovacks type of insane abuse and use of hell knows how many additional drugs to counteract other, and so on.
Taking drugs, training, being able to keep it for a long time means one is determined (to train for many years) and has a great genome (to sustain the drug use) pretty much a win, and if one makes it to an average life span - it's a win x 10 (being younger and stronger for a lot longer than many).  He may keep using whatever he's using till his last breath (which may be at age 80) or he may die tomorrow (like my friend died at 18, and I stopped him from "trying a cycle" just before that (saying you have all the time in the wolrd). Don't be so sure you will live to an old age despite your drug free training and "proper way of life", don't be so sure..

Biking, hiking, and rock climbing are SO much better than lifting in the gym.

You can have the best of both worlds if you have variety and balance between activity and the gym.
