Banging whores and doing coke are both excellent for fat loss and speeding up the metabolism.Alcohol and weed are the worst because they have tons of calories and make you hungry so you binge and fuck up your diet and miss out on workouts etc.I don't have a crystal ball so can't promise anything but its highly unlikely for me to have meltdowns in current climate of GB.

Sounds like youve found inspiration for the bodybuilding-sculpting again. Nice 'cruise' there lol I,ve been on 250mg-500mg test a week since november and its high time I blast as there's going to be some beasts at this show in april.
I blast and cruise so amounts will change depending on how I am eating, how much cardio I'm doing and most importantly how I feel and blood works and blood pressure in general.Generally speaking on a blast i'll be on between 750mg -1g Test (Sustanon), 400-600mg NNP and 50mg D-Bol (5 times a week), GH 8IU ED Genotropin and I bump Arimidex up to 1mg EOD.I'll stay on that for 4-6 weeks.Then I bring it down when I start "feeling it" too much.On cruise I bring test down to 500mg + 400mg NNP + 4IU ED Genotropin and I drop the D-Bol (D-Bol fucks me up the most) and I add HCG 6,000IU a week drop Arimidex down to .25mg EOD + Proviron 75mg a day. Then after 4-6 weeks, repeat blast.Seems to work great so far.NNP is the key for me, also helps amazingly with my shoulder injuries

I hear what you are saying but difference between me and the trainer is I already posted up tons of pics and videos so everyone knows who I am and I don't have a "stunning" physique. I am just not going to post body pics till I hit my goal or close to it and using it as kinda motivation.I might not even do it but I'll give it a damn good try.For me to be shredded natty id be looking at around 165-170lb at best so to come in at 200-210 @ 7% BF on the sauce would be huge for me at 5ft 10.
