But - to your workout - I wasn't discounting it - 85s x 8 for standing presses is strong, I said I didn't think it would translate into the conditioning needed for SCs.
I'm not saying it is strong either. Everything is relative. I'll be happy if/when I can do the 100's
I don't worry about comparing myself to anyone and I don't get the impression that you worry about that kind of shit either
btw - I'm not training for "conditioning" per se but I work out very fast and without a partner and try to get out in an hour (which I why it's all supersetted) but I'm definitely not training for endurance or conditioning
