Hello, genius, the point of an open relationship is to have sex with other people. My example was specifically referring to a couple with an open relationship. An open relationships means they can sleep with other people. Thus, woman will have an easier time finding other men to sleep with in an open relationship, compared to men trying to find other woman to have sex with in an open relationship.

I was not referring to a woman who wants to be in a monogamous relationship.

Many guys buy into what you outlined in your post.

To me marriage is about being PARTNERS .
It doesn't need to be for life if one of you changes a lot.

My current wife makes a lot more then me and doesn't need to assume the typical domestic drudgery .
We are fortunate to have the means to hire people for most of that stuff.
We prefer a monogamous relationship and don't have any silly delusions.
