Seriously? Rich came out with a SUPPLEMENT called "Real Food"? This guy is the biggest (literally) joke in the industry.

i love the way he's wrote out the macro's in milligrams.

each scoop essentially equates to 2-3 slices of sweet potato and roughly a table spoon's worth of blue berries and porridge oats.

3-4 scoops of this product essentially equates to just one sweet potato alone.

depressing to say the least............essenti ally equated

I think when him and Mutant went their separate ways he got really bitter about it and started talking about how supplements are garbage and food is the way to go. Then he realized he can't make a living making youtube videos and decided to start a supplement company, but he couldn't go back on his word in his videos, so now he's trying to convince people that powdered milk is "real food" and that his fart powder is better than everyone else's because he put some carbs and fats into his fart powder.

I remember predicting he'd end up doing this kind of shit after I saw the video of him calling protein shakes "garbage".

Looks like "Real Food" just consists of sweet potatoes, yams, oatmeal, and dried fruit.

I was expecting to click on this thread and see an informative youtube video of Rich exhorting the importance of proper "real food" nutrition instead of supplements  ???
