as for your second point, i'm not sure what you mean. i meant that regardless of the distinctions YOU make in regards to your wife Vis-à-vis the "brownies". the powers that be won't make the same distinction. to them she would be "one of them" and good luck to you to try and convince them otherwise.

they aren't going to distinguish your indian/italian wife from some other brownie just because YOU say she isn't one of them.

I might agree if she was fighting in the Middle East... But since she works in a hospital everyday, raises my kids, pays her taxes, isn't collecting food stamps or welfare...I would say that is EXACTLY what they do. Classify her and those like her as different from the animals we are exterminating.

I will say that if you look on the surface of what you are saying, it does appear that the U.S. is responsible for the deaths of many...however I will add that unfortunately freedom is not cheap and oftentimes you have to kill some so that many more will remain free.....he amount of people killwed by teh U.S. pales in comparison to the mass killings that the russians and chinese have committed...or evil regimes such as the Khmer Rouge
