The high of Saturday’s entertaining UFC 183 headliner between Anderson Silva and Nick Diaz quickly wore off tonight when news broke both men failed drug test related to the event.

If you believe the UFC was unaware of this positive test prior to the Diaz fight, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.

The UFC has condoned PED use for years with their backroom, performance based bonus's.

They set Diaz up to lose from the beginning by putting a welterweight in with the former Middleweight King and put him in with a guy who they knew was using PEDs.

The idea was to give Anderson an easy route to Weidman vs Silva 3, which is why the UFC is currently attempting to screw Belfort out of his title shot.

This entire sport is crooked and this is only a small glimpse of the behind the scenes madness the Fertitta's will push in order to make their bank accounts swell.

lol...You just know he's gonna say something like "after my leg injury, I wanted to get back into the ring so bad and used a little to help me heal faster" blah blah

UFC/K-1/Pride whatever: on or off drugs makes all the difference, just as in bodybuilding. Overeem or badr hari as naturals don't stand much of a chance, as they will lose 40 lbs of muscle. Years ago Kevin randleman wouldn't haven been able to lift and throw Emelianenko without being on steroids...

If the UFC "knew" Anderson was using AAS then how were they setting him up to win and Diaz to lose? All the fighters are tested now. If they knew Silva was on AAS then they should also know he would be caught and his career severely tarnished if not ruined.

These fights are more about the drug testing than they are about the fights, one of the reasons I rarely watch them anymore. All of these guys use and not to get big but to enhance their performance. They all lie but so what.
