I forget the exact number, but mine were right around 7 3/4" last I taped them.

Here are a few famous ones -

Ken Patera: 9.5".

Cleve Dean a famous 6' 7", 465lb+ arm wrestler had 10.25" wrists.

Bill Kazmaier: 8.6" .

Andre the Giant was reported by Terry Todd to have wrists just under a foot in circumference.

It really is and she doesn't even use it either. I sometimes use it to crack my lower back. My son plays super-destructive indoors soccer with it.
