7.2. always thought my wrists, knees and hands were uber-small. i am 5.10 btw.

took that measurement right now and whats wierd is that they were just under 18 cm now but were 16.5cm last time i checked. did abit of growth maybe this is why they are bigger now? wierd

randy Johnson is 6'10" & randy moss 6'4" I doubt they have small wrists

Penis squeezes increase forearm size and strength. Also it improves your girth a lot. I would recommend 100 penis squeezes per day/arm to achieve a massive thick penis.

It depends on the sport, for the majority, I don't see it being a huge deal outside of Strongman, Olympic Lifting, and Powerlifting where you'd be called upon to support supra-maximal amounts of weight. One could use it as one of the barometers for the ability to hold size, but it is only a small piece of the puzzle, and even smaller in the total picture of athletic performance.

Supposedly, Casey Viator and some of Jones' other guys had forearm measurements at about 15.5" without "goosenecking." And Ellington Darden swore that Bill Kaz must've had 18" forearms some years after Kaz's prime, but like many of Ell's claims, that was unqualified (flexed? Not?).

Joe Roark measured Lee Priest's forearms at 15 3/4" straight out, 17" goosenecked. Powerlifter Doug Young's forearms were 16.7" goosenecked.
