He was standing on a little platform there, almost like a half stair.
I am 6 ft in the morning and 5`11.75 at night. I measured last week.
I was 5'11 1/2" when I was sixteen years old. I am 70 years old now and I am 5' 9 1/2" today. I don't really know if it am taller in the mornings, but anything is possible.
Proportionately, my leg and back measurement ratio has probably improved. I don't thing our leg bones shrink as we age, but for many of us our spines compress. I have degenerative disk disease (compressing spine). There is not much that I know of that can be done about this. My arms are as long as they ever where. With a shrinking torso, this means my hands will soon touch the floor. Ape man anyone? What I am currently enjoying about my mature body configuration is that I can perform toe touches with very little effort.
