Andreas seems a little bit mentally unhinged, wearing a kilt to the gym, the yelling and the strange dancing between sets.  And WTF is with people still spruiking raw milk, that shit is dangerous.  In Australia, to stop the mad greenies drinking the stuff they put some awful tasting additive in it.  His TRT is obviously working wonders though.

its to cover the facial drooping from the massive stroke he had a few years ago

I'm surprised hes still lifting weights TBH, never mind juicing. But who said bbers were smart?

You guys are harsh. The stroke obviously fucked him up so much he can't even manage to put his legs into proper pants anymore and has to wear a skirt. He probably can't workout any other way.... ;)

i know you knew donny.... this was just a point of reference for the less informed on here.... the only possible explanation is he's doing a tipping exercise... years ago to improve your bench press guys used to do them in increments to get stronger in each position. the final position was called tipping. you would unrack the weight and do the last 2-3 inches of a bench press..... it's like guys nowadays putting pads or boards under the weight to get stronger in each section of the movement....
