Now that I have taken care of some important affairs, I am officially back however in limited capacity....not that any of you care.

How do you have an impression, that we don't know about your limited capacity? You don't have to mention it separately, while it is obvious just as your mental handicap. If some miraculous way you wake up some morning with the full capacity, I am sure they mention it in the news all over the world..
