I'm actually around in the high 230's....I just have some pretty large arms.  Its a much slower process however in losing weight because I put an end to my lean out regimen years ago due to my age and taking blood pressure meds.  I used to take ECA along with yohimbe and it was no problem but now if I even touch the stuff, I get very shaky and sweaty along with feeling like my heart is going to jump out of my chest.   

Most of my family are in the 300+ range so I think I'm doing pretty well.  I still train pretty heavy but I've pretty much ceased the vast majority of supplements that I take along with spending more time enjoying life.

Most of my family jumped off a cliff in their 30s and i'm 40+ now so i think i'm doing pretty well etc
