His double chin has improved. Other than that, he looks the same than previous years.

The pic in the weight room looks good

The pic in the posing room looks not-so-good
Gym shot always looks better. Also maybe he might train his chest before this gym shot.

Evan is regressing
someone posted some pics of his regression since 2010 a few months back

even next to a fading dexter, Dex will beat him

Compton is the front runner, question is how will he look next to aging Dexter

weakest ASC line up EVER

Dexter is the only pro that doesn't look like he ever regressed , 45 yrs old still going strong

4X arnold winner and soon to be the first 5X

Yeah but he's the only black bber to be going on this long while still being competitive, all the rest from his era either retired, forced to retire, or their body started to shut down

Looks huge. Chest is improved. But he needs better leg separation. I don't see him winning. Compton is better.

I do see him in the top 5.

He hasn't done any improvement at all. Will just look exactly the same as previous yrs...or even worse! He is maxed out! He should quit before his heart decide to quit!

Anyway, i like his physic, its solid dense and grainy. But doesn't belong on a stage, more like old thirt in the gym being a monster. Arms to blocky, chest to flat. He doesn't POP!

That's cause he prob just did chest and triceps before pics were taken

Clever man, I was just about to say it. Take a look at dennis james, ruhl, martines, wolf, bransch...they all look humangos pumed in the gym. Chest is as bad/flat as before...

You'll see he will still have his double chin the contest day. Dude is digging his grave: vascularity w/o striations, bloated, tired look, etc.

Sunken eyes but double chin. What gives?

He was a fat centopeia before his bodybuilding career.

Is that Oscar in the background?

"1"

good catch! i thought Evan only worked with him for a short time though when Kai was under Oscar's wing too?
i remember Evan saying he went on his own, who knows.

think top 3 will be Dex, Cedric and Compton. can't see Evan breaking that top 3
Beyeke could be a wildcard too

Pretty sure that's Kenny Wallach a regular at the "Super Gym" and I think he helps local level competitors.

Side chest shot is great, pumped or not. Evan always comes accross as a decent man.

I think Evan is going to surprise a lot of you, everyone is on the Compton hype train.....we will see when he stands next to Evan. Let's not forget about Roelly.....I think he is gonna be right up there. I've skipped the last 2 Arnold's, but I'm gonna be there this year, it's gonna be a good show. As for Evan, he is a getbigger for sure...hard working, honest, by bodybuilding standards, humble, blue collar mentality. I'm rooting for him.

Oh and yes for those wondering Evan has been back with Oscar for this whole prep. I'm not a big fan of Oscar, but I do think him and Evan work good together......he always looked his best with Oscar and not Aceto.....

is this his first prep with Oscar?
Evan seemed hungry for this during last years interviews, whole reason he didn't enter the olympia was to give the Arnold his all.
hope he wins, one of the most genuine people i've met.
don't think he'll beat an on point Dexter, i also think Cedric will cause a surprise.

If Dexter is competing everyone is fighting for 2nd place

Don't count out Cedric who is presently 280lbs and looking good.

Nope not his first time, him and Oscar worked together in the past, unless they fuck up Oscar will bring him in full......a full cut Evan will be hard to beat. I never count out Cedric, has all the tools, but just can't seem to put it all together with Aceto.

You think anyone who take that path to that extent could suddenly quite and work a regular 8-5 job daily? That does not happen..
My fault.  I was thinking rational for someone who has a wife and daughter.
These guys need to continue on drug protocol or nobody will care.  Unlike a pro sport, where you can actually still compete with no drugs...bbing you could forget it...as if that needs to be said.

Evan is gifted in the size dept.  He could take it to a whole other level.  But he wont.  Too much health guilt.

This physique looks like a NPC national level physique... (Then compare it to 2001 Cutler)
