I just saw Phil Heath last Saturday, in person, at the L.A. Fit Expo.

As for all the comments on this board about him being "narrow," they must come from people who have never seen him in person. Although he may have a structurally narrower rib cage and clavicles, his huge arms more than make up for it. He is W-I-D-E. I assure you, if he walks into a restaurant no one is going to think he is "narrow."

Below is a photo I snagged of him. As you can see it is not very good, and it definitely does not do justice to his overall size.

I hope all this BS about him being "narrow" comes to an end.

The thing is, on the whole, people tend to call a spade a spade. He is narrow-relative to others carrying a similar amount of muscle...The first thing I thought when I saw Phil was that he had very good separation, but lacked a powerful look due to his width.
