i never train arms or measure them and they dont seem to get bigger no matter how much i post but i would estimate them to be about 14 inches cold

How much you deadlift usually for like 12 reps?

I am gonna start deadlifting again, but will be tough cos I have L4-L5 herniated discs.

I can go light but not super heavy.

I usually don't go heavier than 315, and I'll get anywhere from 10-12 reps. Just did my first cycle which was basic and nothing crazy (test cyp 400mg/10 weeks). Ate around maintainance calories and ended up losing over an inch off my waist and gained almost an inch on my arms. Went from around 14% bf to 10ish and gained decent strength. Just the finishing touch....
