This is about selling tickets, and I think it's a pretty good financial move.

it's good that it's on Fri. night, that will give them all of Saturday to do enough "posing sessions" to make enough money for the flight home and a few trips to the nubain buffet.

I know the hype surrounding sat night would DEFINITELY be great if they let us discuss Fri night's prejudging all day sat.

Ageed however i do wonder wat the competitors will look like by the time the sat show comes around. i mean even now some competitors are fading by the time the evening comes around. i wonder wether it will mean they hav time to regain condition or weather they will continue to lose it?

It's a bad idea.  They mved Las Vegas to Friday nights so everyone will be watching that.

If your a fan, it is a great move.
You can see the Prejudging for a fraction of the cost of a Finals Ticket and probably get a better seat.
The top 3 can usually be determined at prejudging leaving the fans options on catching other things going on in Las Vegas Saturday evening.
The EXPO Saturday will have EVERYONE there, including competitors at booths to catch photo's with, some will be Posing, since the pressure is off and Posing helps you harden up for the contest so why not do it with a captive audence that will help them sell more pictures
The fans dont have to choose between the EXPO and the Contest being that Saturday, everything is at the EXPO until the evening.
No taxi rides in rush hour traffic from one venue to the next, no long lines exiting the EXPO to go to the contest etc.
The Athletes, well since when the fans care about the treatment of the Pro's going on stage doing their jobs and getting paid to do it?
The federation tells them what they have to do in order to receive the Prize Money posted, no one is holding a Gun to their heads?
See you in September, stratigically, this format smokes last years from a Fans perspective!
