Remember when Bjorn Borg tried to sell his 5 Wimbledon trophies a few years ago? They were expected to fetch $350,000 to $525,000 at auction. Borg reportedly changed his mind and decided not to sell once a number of tennis stars like John McEnroe called him and told him not to do it. It is a sure bet Lee could not get anywhere near that for his Universe trophy. Seriously, how much would any of you pay for that? Doom would not give him $10 for it. As for selling his “famous” Superman boots… that is beyond pathetic. Bah!
