Id love to come in with that level of conditioning
1. Work on lat width and stop worrying about body wt when you compete.
2. Stop worrying about body wt you will compete at and just get shredded.
3. DON'T worry about what weight you are when you compete.
4. Worry about maximum cuts and don't use the scale.
5. Guys from Toney's era competed in ht classes in the old AAU organization.
He was never placed in a wt class when he won the America in 1978.
