In all honesty, one of the worst things people can do is poke fun at "special people".

I used to help load/unload the weights at a Special Olympics, and I have to tell you, you realize just how lucky you are to have hit the genetic lottery. And I don't mean having Sergio Oliva genetics, I just mean how lucky you are to have been born without any genetic maladies.
