highest dose of anadrol in a cycle and length?

my coach is going to have me peak into my competition
example
100mg/d for week 1
150mg/d for week 2
200mg/d for 4-5 days
250mg/d for 3-4 days
then possibly 300mg/d for day of competition
as long as i can keep the calories up that is the rough cut plan

For me it comes on fast too
I get that acid reflux burp, then it's all over

strongman actually but my coach is a powerlifter

I havent ever cycled like that. i have added compounds in but never ramped an oral up like that. should be intense. 150 doesnt affect my appetite

What about the back pump
You've got to do yoke walks, then an overhead event then some sort of pick/carry/deadlift

Just remember that
Personally I'd just take a shitload of aromatising drugs and remove anything else

thats one of my big fears lol i dont get the crippling pumps that people talk about from anadrol. but i usually do 100mg on workout days only. sometimes 150. i would think that anybody would get the pumps at 250mgs tho lmao.

strongman contest is brutal as hell, 60 sec of hell to wait 45 minutes to repeat 5-6 times. idk if the pump would help get blood in for better recovery for the 30-45minutes or not. just kinda thinking while a type here. its nothing like a workout, much slower paced


my last prep was done by myself and i believe i was running 1g teste then tren a about 3 weeks out at 350, halo for 2 weeks at 30mg/d and then 100mg tne on day of competition and i blew everyone out of the water lol

I've taken anadrol that high and personally I was OK but the calves did get very pumped
I dunno though, depends on the meet. How much stronger do you need to be? You're obviously more than 4 weeks out and 4 weeks of steady state cardio will have you able to recover adequately in between events.

If there is no maxing events then I would not worry with the anadrol at all! Like if it was just yoke, overhead medley, stones etc and you can already make all the weights then I wouldn't bother. If there is a deadlift event for a max then I would take it IF it would make the difference in placing. If you deadlift 300 and the next guy does 350 then why bother. Won't make a difference in placing

im not close to a competition right now, this is all planning ahead. i agree completely but with alot of competitions these days have 1-2 max event or something for reps that is so heavy 5 reps wins 3reps ties you for 3 and half of the field gets no rep it makes a huge difference to get 1 rep or 3. ya know what i mean?

300lb keg ohp
330 axle ohp

only about 15% of the competitors got one rep with the dbell
one guy hit 5reps
one guy it 4 reps

in your opinion anadrol or no for that situation?
