You know this guy being a rapper and all was under a ton of stress trying to play an actual instrument.

The video looks terrible, but you have to understand the circumstances. Guys playing on stage, then all of a sudden he feels someone brushing up against him.

It could have been someone rushing to the stage to stab him, I think many musicians would react in a similar manner.
