but heavy partials can hit muscles in a way you can't with full ROM
explosive turnaround and completely taxing different ranges with weight we wouldnt normally use because its too heavy to do full rom.
with curls the middle 1/4 range is usually first to fail, stretch/bottom 1/4 usually last.
heavy standing curls to fail last 1/4 range with weight you wouldnt handle for a full rom rep.
likewise preachers for the middle range with heavier weight etc
