lol, this is true. If the end result is just how they look, who cares if they full, half, or quarter reps? It's not like they're training for anything even remotely athletic.

id expect his son to look a lot better than what he does, barely looks like he trains.

ct has better form in other videos, explosive heavy partials have a big place in training but still gotta hit the muscle being targetted. dont know what he was doing there though, he trains better than that normally and probably just exaggerating for the video.

gear, food > everything else

but heavy partials can hit muscles in a way you can't with full ROM
explosive turnaround and completely taxing different ranges with weight we wouldnt normally use because its too heavy to do full rom.

with curls the middle 1/4 range is usually first to fail, stretch/bottom 1/4 usually last.
heavy standing curls to fail last 1/4 range with weight you wouldnt handle for a full rom rep.
likewise preachers for the middle range with heavier weight etc

Look like having an epileptic fit on overhead tri extentions but it seems to work for him, unlike that fat chap cswol who trained in similar fashion and it resulted in him looking like shit and turned him into crack addict wigger.

Not the most healthy guy but certainly did a great job creating this on line persona. He was a postal worker, competed in bench contests and now after heart valve surgery and coronary artery stents he is a fitness guru.
