Possibly. Although I blame Getbig. I read a post by Whitewidow where he advocated high-rep, moderate to heavy DB shrugs as a burn out. My shoulder never really recovered from that workout. I am just now getting over it.

Damn you, WW!  :D

Did you see Rich Piana about Delts??
All you really need is Laterals (all variety).

people probably has screwed up shoulders now as much as before and they will to the end of time as long as they keep on doing dips and benchpresses

Speaking to an online steroids guru he told me that the deltoid muscles contain the highest concentration of androgen receptors. Hence people who use highly androgenic compounds tend to have better deltoids, seeing as test, tren...etc is more used nowadays as opposed to past rec builders and pros where they relied more on simple anabolics with lower androgenic properties I.e. Deca, primo, dbol....etc.

I think this makes sense from my personal experiences where I used dbol and deca...etc in the past, after switching to tren my delts had a much more rounded look and felt pumped most days on any upper body days.

I noticed thinks cycling the delts was their main body part. Tren-bolognese sauce was very popular and common in Manchester back then.

I can do dips all day long but 135 on bench hurts like fucking hell.

Does Deca really shut down your sex drive or does adding Dbol balance it out?

Deca murdered me....I used it once for a full cycle. A girl came round and started giving me a blow job for what felt like half an hour, she might as well have sucked my laminate flooring or the door handle, I lost sensation and my penis did not flinch, it was doing the impression of a spineless dead mackerel fish.

Based on the above the only thing IMHO that would balance out deca is a higher test dose.

My shoulders don't respond to anything. No strength at all.
