what about high fat and beer diet, low carbs say under 40grams

The beer is for energy when i need energy for working,reading or lifting ill drink whatever it takes
The beer destroys hedaches brought on by low carbs

I eat eggs( maybe no heme iron)
Kale shakes with some fruit around 20grams of sugar
Smart dogs aka veggie dogs
Cheese
Avacados

Don't eat those sodium loaded dogies  ;)

Try 2 cans of icy cold black Irish liquids, iron loaded for dinner :D & you'll be energy loaded.

what is this?

I was drinking stacked 9.9% but i think it could have added sugar
I may just drink everclear 190 proof
I enjoy milwakees best ice 5.9 no additives or perservatives

ha i need to ask students that electricity is the most important thing that keeps society functioning? Then ask why arent they studying electricity and further undermine there intended degrees  :D

so is archaeology.

then we have history.

psychology.

etc etc all subjects that are so much more interesting

dosen't matter how few carbs, it messes up sleep patterns, nutrient absorption and all the good shit that allows you to make gains.

beer relaxes and sedates me, it doesn't give me energy to be active. Sleep usually seems very appealing after a while.
