There is no better TIME, than now. Mayweather has faced everyone who's relevant. Pac will now come forth with his holy empire and put his mouth to the test, that he will beat mayweather. Mayweather vs Pacquiao betting odds: Floyd opens up as huge favorite

It didn’t take sportsbooks long to start taking bets on the fight once the May 2 bout between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao was officially announced Friday. And the early odds have the undefeated champion favored over the Filipino.

Pregame.com’s R.J. Bell had Mayweather as a -250 favorite and Pacquiao as a +200 underdog, meaning you would get 2:1 odds on him.

Sportsbook.com has Mayweather as nearly a 1:3 favorite at -290, with Pacquiao at +230.

I always said that if the two fought I would favor Floyd and figure him to win, but I really think Pac-Man has a great shot to win. He has been dynamite in his last two bouts.

The worst he can do is lose by decision.

There is no way Floyd will hurt Pac man.

That is a huge advantage.

As mentioned, no one really cares anymore. Boxing fans only want it now so that it can go into the history books as having had happened. 2009 - 2011, it would've been huge, now it's just two old men fighting. Floyd will duck and dance, and do the usual Mayweather thing, and take the win as UD or SD. I respect Pacquiao more as a fighter, but the Marquez ko, and time have been rough to him.
