vs. Ronnie Coleman 6 weeks out from the 2000 Olympia. Notice the marked difference in vascularity and hardness?
This is why Ramy lost. Not because of racism or politics. He's just not good enough. Being the biggest has never been the way to win that show, and I mean since 1969, not just recently.

Ronnie was built with drugs yes, but also with heavy free weights... over many years. He gradually added muscle year to year throughout the entire 1990’s. Going from 230 to 240 to 250.... up to 280. He did not rush his weight gain.
There was nothing gradual about Ramy. Ramy was 300LB at his pro debut. Since then, he has ran from guru to guru looking for their prep secrets. It really sounds dysfunctional. His benefactor, Bader was seen standing up, and marching out of the 2018 Olympia prejudging. Money can buy a lot of things. But Bader’s money can’t buy the Olympia title.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Bader invites Heath to Kuwait to train for the 2019 Arnold Classic and 2019 Olympia. Bader is just about done with Ramy.
