Champion volume trainers need to be seen to be believed!
I told before I saw a fragile looking Mr. Universe top 5 finisher in his mid 60's
He was using moderately heavy weights for chest training and I tired out just watching him!
and he told me "this is nothing, Mr. Universe winner Ahmet Enunlu was an animal when he was young"
They are in another level genetic wise, mind wise and after years of training they build up incredible amount of stamina.

Bertil wasn’t physically large
His very small joints / bone structure & Huge Full Muscle Bellies
Made him look Monstrous on stage.

Also a bit of an odd Character

I remember when he was in the mags and the stuff attributed to him was just BS.  Black belt in karate and he ran a marathon under 3 hours. I read that routine. He would have to use the bar and 15lbs dumbbells to do 10 sets of 32 reps.
