I think Fuller's reported routine is pure bullshit, too, but I am more curious about the 32 rep/set thing. Why 32? And how on [da flat Erf] did he rip a pec with such light weights? I know some guys who tore their pecs doing things like NFL combine bench tests.
However, more often than not, those were chaps who laid off training for long periods, got back to serious lifting, blew up in strength with tons of Anadrol and the like (e.g., quickly going from 225 for a few to 405+), *then* got hurt. Johnny must've done something very stupid to get injured by his 320 reps per exercise routine
