Good question.  In some shots, he didn't just have that "granite" look; it was more as if he'd been formed from polished steel.

To state the obvious, I reckon it had to have been an amazing combo of stupid low bodyfat AND diuretics, but said combination had to have been one in a million because he was certainly not lacking his trademark roundness/fullness.

Yeah his overall condition was flat out A M A Z I N G

waiting for Coach to lend some insight. Im genuinely curious (about Flex Wheelers conditioning.)

Many used Dan Duchaine's approach of over carving and flush excess water with diuretics. I still think it gives the best looks, definitely not the healthiest but it works.

Genetics / Diet for Low Body Fat / decarbing / carbing up for some / Dropping water intake /
diuretics - many use.  All apart from Genetics can be manipulated.
