When I see the countless videos for random guys working out in various gyms throughout the country and world it always reminds me how shitty my gym is.
Not only that, its always packed with seniors sleeping on equipment and MMA teens with their cell phones leaving plates and dumbells scattered through the gym. In a way, it might be better that here in Hawaii when they open you have to make reservations for a workout time to limit the number of people in the gym. I'm just not sure how much time the will give you. They thinking about an hour per person. I take about fifteen minutes to warm up and like to stretch for about half an hour after training. That doesn't leave much for actual training.

Have you ever posted pictures? I know you had to be good, but holy mackerel. I competed twice, and I couldn't imagine having to stand next to that dude onstage. Granted, I was a kid on the local level, but if I saw triceps like that, I'd probably just pack my bag and go home, LOL.

No homo, etc.

And in all sincerity, there were tons of European guys who didn't get their due internationally. Gromlus, for one.

No I’ve not posted pics 🙄 - I’ve been a faceless / body less member since day 1.
I won’t bore you with reasons why. As you say there’s been quite a few very good European
Bodybuilders overlooked / ot just not fortunate enough to get that final nod.

You competed 👍🏻 Great - And we all started at the local level nothing wrong with that, did you enjoy the Competing or other pressures stop you competing more.
