Do you enter the locker room and go like "legday!! what you guys training?" (even to people you never seen before)

maybe walking up to a dude after he's done with the legpress and saying "good set man!"

If someone does a hard set I will run over and high 5 them, sometimes I stand behind people and count reps out using my fingers whilest also screaming and looking mean...

Galeniko speaks to everyone at length in the gym....for hours on end, I have to get him on a head lock and drag him out when we needed to go. Me, I only speak when spoken to....a man of a few words.

Quality words, spoken sweetly?.. propper bodybuilding gyms always have a good atmosphere and you always tend to have a laugh, you go to the same place for years , see the same people, call and gossip about them when there not there etc

insane how inconsiderate people can be at times... drying their arse, washing their faces, when all I'm trying to do is take semi-nude posing pics which obviously couldn't be taken in the privacy of, say, my own bathroom.

The "bro chat" in the locker room annoys the fuckin' hell outta me. The same dudes (96% of gym goers) who look like shit anyway. And guys who whistle while getting changed make me break out my ear buds faster than a gunman pulls his pistol at a showdown. Fuckin' annoying twats, shut the fuck up already.

If it's not the dudes with the bro talk, whistling, it's the gay ass music they play. There is just no way around using ear buds and I check my bag ocd style to make sure I have them.

I was doing squats, and after doing 3 sets of 5's, this one guy comes talking with me about all types of shit under the sun, and my brakes between sets spread to 5 minutes even, my knees went cold, and it felt awkward to squat two more sets of 5's and I had knee pain the next day

that's a completely different scenario. i will talk to people, chit chat...but when you start messing me up, i cut you off. not rude..just," i gotta do this set." and I turn my back to them . mid sentence , i don't care. the workout is the priority.
