You can tell the wt is fake when Rich hands the guy the wt like it was nothing for tricep extensions. Plus Justin Comptons arms look better than this guy.

My buddy knows the filming group that has worked with Piana and Kali muscle. They both heavily relay on fake plates and fake dumbbells for there vids.

wrists didn't even bend doing curls with 100kg in perfect form lol

Viator legit curling 225 for pretty strict reps.

Seems most bodybuilders have weak biceps today compared to old school guys who based their training philosophies on powerlifting.

Not many bodybuilders these days curl 225 for reps, Coleman is one that would probly make it look pretty easy. More likely to see powerlifters or pro wrestlers lifting that sort of poundage on biceps. Fcking strong.

What does the amount of weight matter these days anyway when you know its drugs,genetics,diet

. I stroke my ego from time to time by curling 185 but is it doing anything for bicep growth? Bodybuilding no?

that had to be 132lbs or 60kg he was curling then I could somehow believe it.
