Funny how I've work with plenty of black guys and the only ones I ever had work related problems with where the guys that where lazy, late and never did there work where the only ones that screamed unfair treatment for being black. The other guys where good works and I never saw color.

I only saw the color when they brought it up

Good points made in this video.  I'm sure he is just a young disprivileged youth.  Most likely it is not his fault.  I blame the affluent white folks such as her for keeping him down.  He's only trying to get his piece of the pie.   :D
