Sunlight? My pale Irish friend, you should know better. Sunlight (enough to get a natural tan) is not good for naturally pale people.

A good diet and cardio does make you healthier, I will agree with that obviously.
Weight training can correlate ( in conjunction with other things) into a healthier person, but on its own it does very little.
