Why do fitness/bodybuilder chicks often have big ugly noses?

Do they lift in order to make up for poor facial aesthetics?

They should save themselves the aggravation of going on gear, training hard, dieting, etc and just get a fucking nose job.

It's adaptation to exercise. The nose grows like the bicep does. Now when they go on the treadmill they take one deep breath and they are good for the workout instead of breathing like a lunatic.
