No shit sherlock. My point was that muscles do not necessarily translate into someone being healthy.

Especially in competitive bodybuilding.  Have you also heard that it is unhealthy to be in single digit body fat for extended periods of time?

Everything in moderation is key, but in the vain hobby of bodybuilding, excess is what produces the best results in the mirror.

Lol, I have answered this question before. I do enjoy exercise and fitness (lifting weights etc)

I joined this site in 2004, at 22-23 years old, and before that I was on Muscle Mayhem. I remember taking pro hormones and lifting regularly back in those days. I got into good shape back in 2011, when I lost 60+ pounds and was around 175 pounds.

I have lost interest in the bulking up, gaining mass part of lifting over the years (especially as a natural) I want to lean more towards athletic performance/fitness these days.

I am more of a Men's Health guy, than a Flex magazine guy at this point.

Naturals would get better results doing P90x or Insanity workouts, rather than traditional weights and cardio.

I bet if you did a two or three month round of those workouts, you would look better than you do now.

It also depends on what type of look you are going for. I'd rather look like Shaun T or Tony Horton, over a bodybuilder.

Functional strength, athleticism, and flexibility.

Functional strength is important because you never know when you are loading grocery bags in the car and you may need to squat down and perform a kettle bell swing upward thrust to load your bag of Popov vodka and Doritos into your Ford Festiva, oh brother.
