Both look good, but Flex has Rhoden beat when it comes to conditioning/dryness/shredded and all that shit. Rhoden always looks watery.

But All the diuretics Flex took to look that shredded... weren't worthy in the long run.

Of course not, however, Rhoden will never win any big competition if he keeps coming in watery.

Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder, but nobody wanna take diuretics and risk kidney damage to win a competition.

That version of flex is arguably the best physique of all time

Until he got demented and started pumping lots of oil that looked too obvious and played the mass game which his structure wasn't made to carry that weight

If you really think it's "all the diuretics" that get you that lean you have no clue about bodybuilding... Most of you would be truly shocked at how little is used by many... It's useless to try and explain because if you had ever been around or competed at a high level you would already know how f'ng HORRIBLE diuretics can make you look... Most realize that 1/2 a dyazide taken once - maybe twice - the Friday before is ALL that's needed.. Lol. but I can hear the fatties already..."yeh - well I may be fat but I have my kidneys - lol".

Flex was caught off guard by Ronnie's rapid ascendancy in 1998.... so Flex resorted to oil because he couldn't match Ronnie's size

Rhoden holding his own against Flex except when they turn around. Flex kills him from the back. Pretty hard to find a physique with 1993 Flex's flow.

I really like both but Flex has much more detail, but they are similar in some ways, Rhoden needs to improve his back,not easy to do at this point. Still think he can be top 3 at any show.
