but,
those last 4-5% of PURE BODY FAT at an EXTREMELY MUSCULARISED physique will make for an extremely eye pleasing physique that no one can touch provided that the musculature (lbm) is there and that the high dosages of drugs are there to provide sarcoplasmic pump and water inside the muscle.

a tip. get to 5-6% body fat take 500mg anadrol before sleeping 4g potassium, wake up.. you wont belive the seperation in your quadriceps, the way you flex them makes them POP out of the skin and they will extremely defined as all your musculature will be.

My diet is down, training is down.. I'll post a pic when I'm in contest shape May 30th. The before and afters will be night and day

Getting from 7% to 5% is hard as shit bro you'll be doing crazy cardio like 40 mins 6 days a week and have 0 carbs and fats between 20-40 that's practically an all protein diet with green veggies like brocolli and asparagus

bro your coach didn't teach you right... that's fucking starvation if I wanted to go in flat as fuck I'd do that but its about being full/dry/hard. I WONT be full at all if I did that.

It's not starvation if you eat all your calories in protein and very low carbs not including green veggies

Counter productive, that's starvation and you're eating as much as a 130lb girl you also don't need to take in that much wasted protein and that's hard on the kidney's so take a diuretic pre contest on top of it if you do that'll mess with your kidney's even more. carb cycling is the way to go

Keto works fine , specially if you don't have time for tons of cardio... Extra protien straining the kidneys ::)

Carb cycling?, just reduce your carbs gradually as your diet progresses or do more cardio, cycling is a gimmicy fad

Exactly, everyone's different I had a coach who had me eating 1500 cals one time and I was flatter then Ever and was fuller and bigger before I dieted that way never again because crash dieting won't get you anywhere
