The paradox is that all great bodybuilders started very young, before they knew what the hell they were getting into. You can only decide if it was worth it in retrospect.

Basically all bodybuilding greats started in their teens. There is no time to wait until mid 20's or whatever.

Asian mom's love to see their children in shape. They're known for calling their kids fat(all the time) if they carry any bit of fat. I think this picture is normal behavior. Besides she's seen him naked many times.
