bodybuilding.com is all bullshits information, getbig have some great pros and information. to be honest, i actually not hoping to post everytime or become really a member here i was just bored and posted a thread. and i dont know whats gimmick is (i thought its fake person who post a lie) and why gimmick became famous. whats thepoint post other person or fake pics. i did what here told me but i forgot the spoon

Honestly, I'm kind of nappy tirred. Just ate an omlet made of 10 eggs, spinache, tomatoe, bell pepper. Gonna eat some banas, take some bcaa powder and hit the gym.

Hell no I give a shit about this dude, I'm just tirred. And yes I noticed his bad english/good english/bad english again scenario, this guy is the worst gimmick, he isn't even funny.

Ah, I worked out once or twice at the celebrity fitness there. A very clean city for Indonesia. Some good looking woman and that is a better equipped celfit than most.

Generally speaking ,Koreans English ability will not be that of a native speaker when typing. Also, not a lot of English in Indonesia outside Bali. Many Koreans are in Indonesia as their parents are in business.
