If you are getting drunk this early in the day....You have a problem.

You will have to learn to abstain. No "I can control occasional social libations."

Out and out no alcohol...I can tell already.

With the exception of a sip of beer when I was maybe about 8 years old, I've gone nearly 55 years without any alcohol. Nothing against it really. Everything in moderation is fine generally speaking. I just never cared for the taste of any liquor. So no claims of moral superiority or discipline. It just was never my thing.

Now pizza, ice cream and brownies... that's where I both flag and fail.
