All that "mental capacity"- lol - and can't muster an iota of   Discipline
Marty is omniscient and has all the mental capacity of an enlightened being, which he is. (he ascended to the energy electric years ago as he embraced the path of ss and kg.)

But mental capacity and discipline are unrelated in this case.

if i can be consistent with workouts ill cut drinking back

You used to and still work out at home, right?

Working out at home is the devil.  It is so much easier to have a gym you go to work out.  From my experiments, I would say that working out at home is not for many people.  Not even for people who are otherwise pretty damn consistent at training.  The separation between home and gym is constructive.

It is far easier to evolve when you're forced to be around other people who are evolving around you.  As long as you hide away at home with your crappy weight setup, you'll maintain mediocrity.  You clearly do not have what it takes to be someone who trains at home.  Go join and gym and compete with society.

And I speak from experience.

Time to take up weed, much better! You never git rid of a habbit, but exchange it for another.

Weed almost killed the Falcon, he used to be a pothead. Was close to having a heart attack.

He seemed a bit brighter back then also. It's as if his brain and body atrophied in union.

The mind is weak

And the body has followed

I'd love to see the mind recover and the body follow again, but those pics were from a long time ago now.

Enormous power behind those punches - would have been cool to see the falcon getting a proper "boxing education".

not even possible to know if close to a heart attack, either it is or isn't
